Bacalhau com natas


Preparation Time : 1 hour

Cooking Time : 45 minutes

Total Time : 1 hour 45 minutes

For 6 people


Ingredients :

Smoked tofu : 800 g

Onions : 2

Garlic : 2 cloves

Bay leaf : 1

Potatoes : 4

Bechamel : 200 g

Salt and Pepper


Preparation :

Step 1

Peel and cut the potatoes in small cubes and fry them in oil.

Step 2

Cut the onions and garlic in very small pieces and sauté them in oil with the bay leaf, add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Cut the tofu in cubes and add it to the onions, let it cook for 10 minutes then remove the bay leaf.

Step 4

Put the fried potatoes in a plate, then the onion mix and cover it with the bechamel or some soy cream.

Step 5

Cook in the oven during 30 minutes at 360°F.

Step 6

You can serve it with lettuce and onion salad.


The picture in the French part is not so good but the dish is smashed when it gets on a plate so we can't take a better picture. It will be for the next picture ! ;)


Caipirinha


Preparation : 5 minutes

For 1 glass


Ingredients :

Cachaça : 5 cL

Lime : 1

Sugar : 2 to 3 tablespoons

Ice : 4


Preparation :

Step 1

Cut the lime in 8 pieces. Smash it in a glass with the sugar.

Step 2

Pour ice and cachaça in the glass. Mix it until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 3

Serve right away.
