Voici un bon gâteau :) Il s'agit normalement d'un cake mais nous n'avons pas ce genre de moule alors nous l'avons fait rond !

Here is a good cake :) It should be in a rectangle shape but we don't have that kind of cake plate so we made it round !


Kerge puuviljakook (dried fruits cake)


Preparation Time : 30 minutes

Cooking Time : 45 minutes


Ingredients :

Margarine : 170 g

Sugar : 200 g

Flour : 220 g

Bananas : 2

Baking powder : 1 full teaspoon

Salt: ½ teaspoon

Coconut/almond/soy milk : 30 mL

Dried fruits (best : pineapple, cherries and apricots) : 350 g


Preparation :

Step 1

Mix the soft margarine with the sugar in a bowl.

Step 2

Smash the bananas then add them to the bowl. Mix.

Step 3

Add the flour and mix well.

Step 4

Add the baking powder and salt.

Step 5

Add the milk and mix.

Step 6

Add the dried fruits.

Step 7

Preheat the oven at 355°F.

Step 8

Put some margarine on the wall of your cake plate.

Step 9

Pour the dough you just made in the cake plate and put it in the oven during 40 to 45 minutes.

Step 10

Remove from the oven and let it cool down totally before taking out of the plate.
