Voici nos bonnes recettes de milieu de semaine ! :)


Nous nous sommes inspirées de ces différentes recettes et les avons faites telles quelles ou les avons mixées entre elles. Nous avons aussi mis du faux-mage que nous avons fait cette semaine. L'article à propos de ça arrive bientôt ! ;)

Si vous voulez faire d'autres pâtés pour mettre dans les burgers, vous pouvez utiliser la recette que nous avons faites lorsque nous avons mangé l'Estonie.

Here are our good recipes for this middle of the week ! :)


We made burgers inspired by different recipes that we mixed together. The recipes are from a french vegan website but if you want to do vegan burgers, you can make the tofu patties we made when we ate Estonia and put whatever veggies you want with and some vegan sauce like ketchup, barbecue or vegan mayonaise.

We also added some vegan cheese that we made this week. The post about it is coming very soon ! ;)


Australian salad


Preparation Time : 10 minutes


Ingredients :

Arugula : 4 big hanfull

Fake feta cheese (see recipe here) : 100 g

Cashews : 80 g

Beet : 250 g

Cider vinegar : 1 tablespoon

Olive oil : 2 tablespoons

Salt


Preparation :

Step 1

Wash the arugula. Let it dry in a strainer.

Step 2

Cut the beets in cubes. Put them in a bowl.

Step 3

Sauté the cashews in a pan if they are not already ???

Step 4

Add the arugula to the beets.

Step 5

Add the fake cheese and the cooled down the cashews.

Step 6

Pour the vinegar and some salt to season the salad.

Step 7

Pour the oil and mix. Keep in the fridge until you eat.
