Preparation Time : 15 minutes

Cooking Time : 40 minutes

Total : 55 minutes

For 6 people

Ingredients :

Puff pastry : 220 g

Brown sugar : 4 tablespoons

Coconut/almond/soy/… milk : 500 mL

Coconut/soy/… cream : 500 mL

Sugar : 100 g

Almonds powder : 30 g

Grated coconut : 20 g

Walnuts : 25 g

Roasted pistachios : 25 g

Roasted almonds : 30 g

Roasted whole hazelnuts : 20 g

Roasted pine nuts : 20 g

White dry grapes : 2 tablespoons

Corinthe’s grapes : 2 tablespoons

Dry apricots and prunes : some

Vanilla pod : 1, split and seeded

Coconut/soy/… yogurt : 200 mL

Preparation :

Step 1

Preheat the oven on 400°F.

Step 2

Sparkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar on top of the puff pastry then cook it for about 15 minutes in the oven. Reserve and let it cool down totally.

Step 3

In a big bowl, cut the pastry in big pieces. Add the dry fruits but the almond powder, making sure to keep some for decoration.

Step 4

Put the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla seeds in a pot. Bring to boil over medium to high heat while whisking constantly.

Step 5

Short before the beginning of the boiling, pour the almond powder and mix well.

Step 6

In an oven-safe plate or a few small ones, put the pastry and fruits mix, almost to the top. Pour the hot liquid very slowly to let the dough absorb the liquid. Reserve for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Preheat the oven on 350°F.

Step 8

Pour the yogurt on top of your preparation and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar on top.

Step 9

Put in the oven for 25 minutes or until you get a golden color.

Step 10

Decorate the top with the rest of the fruits (optional).
